Satish Hingorani
Mr.
Satish Hingorani has a post graduate degree in English Literature
and a Law Degree.
He has an experience
of 22 years in the Mining Industry, having been appointed
by several leading companies as marketing/liasoning agent
in India.
The areas of expertise
cover marketing of mining equipments to the coal, mineral
& metal sector, contract review, negotiations, pre-tender
& post - tender formalities, arranging seminars, presentations,
appointments and interactions.
In the course of his
career he had the opportunity of dealing with a wide range
of Clients and issues, thus having directed and executed
a large number of business and commercial assignments involving
identification of projects for metals & minerals, asset
valuations, business planning, joint-venture negotiations,
strategic planning, co-ordination etc., He has worked closely
with clients as part of their analysis team to interact
on a frequent basis and to develop recommendations that
apply to their unique case situation.
Subsequent to liberalization,
the Government of India has opened the Oil & Natural
Gas exploration and production to Private Sectors/Foreign
Investors. For the past 10 years, Mr. Hingorani has extended
his activities in Oil & Petroleum, to assist
foreign investors interested in joint-ventures or new blocks
for exploration/production of oil & natural gas, onshore,
offshore & deep water projects.
His nature of work
requires frequent and extensive travel in India and other
parts of the globe.
